Read-only GA4 access

To run the diagnostic, we request read-only access to your GA4. With that permission we can read your reports and nothing else: we cannot change settings, touch tags or delete data.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

What permission we request

With your Google account (OAuth), the permission is read-only and covers the GA4 properties your user can see. So you can choose, NORQ Revenue lists their names; it queries data only from the ones you connect. If you want to limit it to a single property, use our service account: you add it with the Viewer role on that property and it cannot see any other.

What we can do with that access

Read the reports and dimensions needed for the diagnostic rules: events, conversions, channels, pages and the time windows the analysis requires.

What we cannot do

We cannot create or modify events, conversions, audiences, filters or tags. We cannot delete historical data. We cannot add or remove users from your property.

How to revoke it

From your GA4 property's Admin settings, by removing the access, or from the permissions page of your Google account. It takes effect immediately and you don't need to tell us, although letting us know helps close things out cleanly.

What happens to what was already processed

Diagnostic results already produced remain in your deliverable. If you want us to delete what was processed on our side, write to us at hola@norq.agency and it is done within 30 days.
