NORQ receives two things: the contact details you leave in a form and, if you hire us, read-only access to your operation's data sources. We do not sell or transfer either of them.

From the contact forms: your work email and what you write, along with the context of the request: the page and button you wrote from, the first page you saw on the site, the site that referred you and, if you arrived through a campaign link, its name (utm parameters). That context stays in your browser, in that tab only (it is not a cookie and is cleared when you close it), and reaches us only if you send the form: we use it to know what you are asking for and how you found us. From use of the site: browsing metrics through Google Analytics 4 (which pages are viewed, where the visit comes from, device type), which uses first-party measurement cookies. No individual profiling, no Google Signals and no advertising; from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, no cookies. From an active client: read-only access to the sources the client expressly authorizes.
What we use it for
To answer your inquiry, prepare the diagnostic and carry out the contracted work. Nothing else. We do not send mass marketing communications or transfer data to third parties for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact details from an inquiry that does not move forward are deleted after 12 months. A client's data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period required by applicable accounting and tax regulations.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to hola@norq.agency. We reply within one business day. Revoking access to a source is done from your own account and does not require any action on our part.
